Charlotte Premium Outlets will add PacSun to its retail roster this summer. The 3,500-square-foot store is scheduled to open in July. Wells Fargo, Raymond James, LPL face FINRA sanctions
Two Wells Fargo & Co. (NYSE:WFC) affiliates are among the firms ordered to repay customers for mutual-fund overcharges in some charitable and retirement accounts. The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority has ordered Wells Fargo Advisors LLC, Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network LLC, LPL Financial LLC, Raymond James Financial Services Inc. and Raymond James & Associates Inc. to pay restitution, which totals more than $30 million among the firms, FINRA said in a press release. Pasta & Provisions starts construction on Park Road shop
Pasta & Provisions expects its second location on Park Road will open by Oct. 1 ? if not sooner. The family-owned Italian grocery took possession of 4700 Park Road on July 1, says owner Tommy George.
